Shipping & Fulfillment Logistics

Rare Standards LLC utilizes an enterprise-grade fulfillment model to ensure rapid and secure deployment of all hardware. To maintain supply chain integrity, inventory is dispatched directly from our network of authorized, domestic IT distributors.

• Order Processing: Standard mobile hardware and endpoint devices are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom server infrastructure or bulk fleet deployments may require additional lead time.

• Transit Times: We utilize insured, highly tracked freight and expedited courier services. Standard domestic delivery ranges from 3-5 business days within the contiguous United States.

• Security & Signature Requirements: Due to the high value and sensitive nature of our technology equipment, a direct signature is strictly required upon delivery for all shipments. We do not ship to PO Boxes, and packages cannot be rerouted once dispatched.

• Tracking & Telemetry: Automated tracking information will be provided to your procurement email immediately upon deployment from the fulfillment center.
